Refund and Cancellation

We have a "No Questions & Instant Refund*" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are unhappy with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print of each transaction before purchasing, it provides all the details about the services or product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, customers have the freedom to cancel their products and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellation and withdrawal will be as follows:-

  • Our policy lasts for 20 minutes. If 20 minutes have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (only accepted if little bit of packaging is opened for the taste purpose*) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You can return/exchange your products only if the mentioned date of expiry on the packed product is already over. (Opened packet will not be accepted)*

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at doormilks@gmail.com.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at doormilks@gmail.com and send your item to: Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP, 201002, India.

  • If the quantity (you received) differs with the quantity (you ordered).

  • If you feel that the product packaging or the product inside the packaging is not in good condition.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Note: - We will only accept the exchange of products at the time of delivery only. You are highly recommended to check the product at the time of delivery*.


Cancellation:

You can cancel your order online within 10 Minutes (if ordered by mistake) and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount as per our refund policy


Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
